My name is Niklas Wiskandt. I am a research associate at the Department of Linguistics of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where I recently submitted my PhD thesis.
I am interested in morphology, syntax and semantics of the world’s languages. My primary research area is the domain of diathesis alternations and grammatical voice. Beyond that, I work on psych predicates, light verb constructions, and urban linguistic fieldwork.
